Michael Finlay’s recent concert appearances include a North American tour with concerts in New York\, Chicago\, Austin\, San Antonio\, Toronto\, and Montreal. He is especially invested in outreach\, a passion that regularly brings him back to his native Texas to teach and to concertize. \nDr. Finlay holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Cleveland Institute of Music where he worked with Paul Schenly and Kathryn Brown\, a Master’s from the Peabody Conservatory where he studied with Yong Hi Moon\, and a Doctorate from the University of Montreal\, where he studied with Marc Durand.
