This season\, the duo expands its repertoire with commissions from Theo Chandler\, Rob Hutchinson\, Peter Kramer\, and Jesse Limbacher. Second Species will perform these new works in six cities on tour in spring of 2016 in addition to Brazilian composer Heitor Villa-Lobos’ mysterious and evocative Bachianas Brasilieras No. 6 \,Chris Fisher-Lochhead’s groundbreaking grandFather for solo bassoon\, and Daria Tennikova-Satral’s Mysterious Maze for solo flute.\n\n\n \n\n\nhttp://secondspecies.weebly.com/
